The original round size is perfect for proofing dough in a bowl, single bread pan, 8” x 8” or 9” x 9” baking pan, 9” or 10” pie pan or any other dough container that fits on the warming unit.
The Raisenne Dough Riser makes baking easier by taking the guesswork out of proofing yeast dough and sourdough. Simply plug it in and place it under the bowl, pan or other container holding your dough. Its precisely calibrated heating circuits create the ideal temperature for proofing in less time.
Raisenne is not dishwasher safe; disconnect round warming unit from power source and wipe with a damp towel to clean if needed. See Manual for full use and care instructions.
